To celebrate our 75th Anniversary in 2017, we started what we call Random Acts of Kindness — that is, we encourage our employees, Members and communities to do something charitable for others, whether that’s a friendly wave to let another motorist in, picking up the lunch tab for a first responder or donating to a food or school supply drive.

Here’s how: say something nice to or about someone. Bring a smile to someone’s face just to see them smile. The only goal is knowing someone’s day is better because a nice word was said.
